Stephane Adamiste is a Principal Consultant at Soluss SA, with over 25 years of experience in information security consulting and auditing. He has worked across the full spectrum of cybersecurity disciplines — from risk management and governance to penetration testing and compliance — serving organisations of all sizes across highly regulated industries.

Stephane has been involved in the Swiss e-voting ecosystem since 2020, when he was invited by the Federal Chancellery to contribute to the Expert Dialogue that informed the redesign and relaunch of e-voting trials following the suspension of the system due to a security vulnerability. Since 2022, he has been mandated by the Federal Chancellery to conduct compliance audits of the Swiss e-voting system against the requirements of the Federal Chancellery Ordinance on Electronic Voting (OEV, in force since 1 July 2022). He leads the audit of Scope 3 — Infrastructure and Operations — covering the system provider (Swiss Post), six cantons, and three printing companies, each subject to specific requirements defined by the OEV for their respective role in the e-voting chain.
