Benefits of participating in NATO Locked Shield Exercises - Management Perspective
Military Information and Communication Systems are increasingly interconnected and use the similar when not the same components of civilian systems. Cyber-Incidents on military systems are thus technically very similar. Decision processes and impact of incidents are on the other side quite different. Examples of international trainings and exercises on the technical and operative level will be presented.

Riccardo Sibilia is a physicist by training and has been in cybersecurity for 25 years.
He is, since 2007, the head of the Cyber Threat Analysis of the Swiss Armed Forces.
Along his career, he worked on the strategic, doctrinal and technological bases for Cyber Defense both on the military and the national level.
